要素价格市场化与产业结构升级研究

Research on Factor Prices Marketization and Industrial Structure Upgrading

生产要素的相对价格是影响产业结构的核心变量,但我国要素市场的市场化进程严重滞后于产品市场的市场化进程,而且不同地区的要素市场化进程也不一致。首先,建立了包含要素相对价格扭曲的多部门局部均衡模型,讨论要素价格扭曲情况变化对产业结构变化的影响情况。其次,利用我国各省区市的要素市场化数据建立空间面板模型,实证检验我国要素价格市场化进程是否有效促进了产业结构的优化升级,地区间的要素市场化进程的不一致是否造成了产业结构升级方面的差异。

The relative price of production factors is the structure. However, the process of factor marketization is core variables which affected the industry lagged far behind the process of product marketization, and different areas have different process of factor marketization. First, this paper built the multisectoral partial equilibrium model including the elements relative price distortions. And then the author built the spatial panel model by using the factor marketization data of provinces and autonomous regions in China. The result made an empirical test on whether or not promoting the upgrading the industrial structure optimization by the factor prices marketization process, whether or not the differences of industrial structure optimization were causing by the different factor marketization process between regions.
