摘要
采用室内模拟试验,选取孝感市春晖湖与槐荫湖的表层沉积物和相应上覆水,研究加入外源硫酸盐对上覆水磷含量和形态变化的影响。结果表明,外源硫酸盐可以促进上覆水中总磷(TP)、溶解态无机磷(SIP)、总溶解性磷(TSP)含量和pH增加,随着培养时间的延长上覆水中总磷(TP)、溶解态无机磷(SIP)、总溶解性磷(TSP)的含量均有先升后降的趋势,TP、TSP含量分别在第14、20天达到最大值,然后逐渐下降。两湖泊的上覆水中溶解性磷(TSP)占较大比例,且以溶解态有机磷(SOP)为主要存在形式,颗粒磷(PP)含量较低。pH的增大可以促进沉积物中磷的释放,主要通过增强厌氧菌的活性加速含磷有机物的分解来提高总溶解性磷含量。
The response of phosphorus form and content in lake water from Chunhui Lake and Huaiyin Lake in Xiaogan to the input of sulfate was investigated based on the indoor simulation experiments. It showed that sulfate input improved the concentrations of total phosphorus (TP), soluble inorganic phosphorus (SIP), total soluble phosphorus (TSP) and pH in the overlying water. As the prolong of time in overlying water total phosphorus (TP) and solved inorganic phosphorus (SIP), the content of total soluble phosphorus (TSP) showed tendency to ascend, followed to descend. Content of TP and TSP peaked in the 14th and 20th days respectively. Overlying water total soluble phosphorus (TSP) of two lakes accounted for large propor-tion, especially solved organic phosphorus (SOP) as the main existence form in TSP. The content of particulate phosphorus (PP) was low. The increase of pH could promote the release of phosphorus in sediments, mainly by increasing the activity of anaerobic bacteria accelerated phosphorus decomposition of organic matter to improve total soluble phosphorus content.
