摘要
采用同工酶电泳技术和传统的拮抗试验对辽宁省10个黑木耳(Auricularia auricular-judae)主栽品种进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,在相异水平70%左右时,这10个黑木耳品种可以分为3类。表明辽宁省黑木耳主栽品种间具有不同的亲缘关系,但是部分品种间亲缘关系较近,多态性不强。酯酶同工酶聚类分析结果与拮抗试验结果基本一致。
Genetic diversity among 10 Auricularia auricular-judae cultivars in Liaoning province was analyzed by the isozyme electrophoresis technique and antagonistic tests. The results showed that the 10 tested cultivars were different in genetics, and formed three groups at the dissimilarity level of 70%. The data also revealed a closer relationship among some cultivars ac-companied by a relatively high level of similarity and weak polymorphism. The results of esterase isozyme analysis was similar with the antagonistic tests.
