液相-子空间夹角判据联用分析饮料中的柠檬黄和日落黄 被引量:1

摘要 通过液相-光谱联用,采用向量-子空间夹角判据进行计算,建立了饮料中柠檬黄和日落黄的分析方法。该方法先采用全波长光纤光谱仪建立不同浓度柠檬黄和日落黄的标准光谱数据库,以及市售碳酸型饮料和功能型饮料的样品光谱数据,再进行液相-光谱联用,得到扣除饮料中待测组分后的本底光谱数据;运用向量-子空间夹角判据进行计算饮料中柠檬黄和日落黄的含量。试验结果表明,在3-30μg/mL内柠檬黄和日落黄的标准工作曲线线性关系良好(R2柠檬黄=0.9976,R2日落黄=0.9998);向量-子空间夹角判据计算结果与高效液相色谱法测定结果比较,相对误差小于2.5%,样本加标回收率为89.5%-109.0%, RSD为4.9%-6.1%,该方法能满足定量分析需求。 In this paper,a new analysis method for testing tartrazine and the sunset yellow in drinks was established based on vector-subspace criterion with high performance liquid chromatography and spectrometer. At first, the spectral databases of the drinks and the standard spectral databases of tartrazine, sunset yellow were constructed by multi-wavelength spectrometer. Then the multi-wavelength UV spectral databases of drinks background were constructed after the tartrazine or the sunset yellow was decucted from drinks by HPLC-spectrometer, respectively. Three kinds of spectral libraries were computed to analysis for determinating the tartrazine and the sunset yellow in drinks based on Vector-subspace angle criterion. The results showed that the linear relationship of standard curve of tartrazine and sunset yellow were good in the range of 3-30μg/mL (R2tartrazine=0.999 8,R2sunset yelow=0.999 8). Comparing the results of vector-space angle criterion with the results of high performance liquid chromatography, the RSDs were less than 2.50%. And the recoveries of tartrazine, sunset yellow were 89.5%-109.0%with RSDs of 4.9%-6.1%, so the method met the requirement of quantitative analysis.
