摘要
以蛹虫草[Cordyceps militaris(Linn.)Link]子实体为材料,首先通过单因素分析法探索虫草素的最佳提取溶剂,结果表明,70%乙醇是虫草素的最佳提取溶剂,并通过正交试验考察了微波助提法中微波功率、微波时间、提取次数和料液比4个因素对虫草素提取功率的影响,最终建立了提取虫草素的最佳工艺条件,即微波功率350 W,微波处理时间4 min,提取2次,料液比1∶50(g∶m L),提取率可达6.87%。
Using fruiting bodies of C. militaris as material, the extraction technology of Cordyceps cordycepin was investigated.The best cordycepin extraction solvent was explored through the single factor analysis, the results showed that 70% ethanol was the best extraction solvent of cordycepin. And through the orthogonal test,the microwave assisted extraction process of microwave power, microwave time, extraction times and material liquid than the influence of four factors for extracting cordycepin power was examined, finally the optimum process conditions of extracting cordycepin was established.The optimal conditions were: microwave power 350 W, 4 min microwave processing time, extract 2 times, material liquid ratio 1:50, the extraction rate could reach more than 6.87%.
