Independence of the NCAA Basketball Rules and Its Enlightenment on China's College Basketball

NCAA从成立之初便具有一套独特的理念。作为其项目之一的篮球在设立其竞赛规则时也具有了独立性的特点,从规则委员会、规则条文、性别区分到执裁体系等各个方面皆是自成一家,并在某些方面引领了世界篮球的潮流,从不同程度上对世界和职业篮球产生了影响。本文通过对NCAA篮球规则进行解读,对其独立性和影响等各方面进行研究探讨,总结出其对我国当今高校篮球发展的可借鉴性启示,希冀从规则方面为我国高校篮球的"体教结合"提供探索性意见。

The NCAA has always had its unique concept since its establishment. As one of the events,basketball has the characteristics of independence in setting up the rules because everything is separated and independent from the rules committee,rules and regulations,gender separation to refereeing systems,which has led the world basketball trend in some aspects,thus influencing professional basketball to some extent. The paper analyzes NCAA＇s basketball rules so as to discuss its independence and influence and this will provide references for China＇s college basketball development.
