摘要
根据核动力舰船的设计和运行特点,提出了单艘核动力舰船正常运行工况下辐射环境影响评价应进行评价的范围、遵循的评价标准、选择的评价因子、开展的评价内容和参考的评价方法。希望为建立一套适用于核动力舰船辐射环境影响评价的技术导则提供启示。
Based on the design and operation characteristics of nuclear - powered ship, this article proposed the evaluation range, criterion, selection factors, contents, and referenced methods. This article aimed to provide some enlightenment for the establishment of a series of technical guideline that suitable for the radiation environmental impact assessment on nuclear-powered ships.
