摘要
为了验证肥料增效剂保肥思在白菜上应用的实际效果,系统地研究了聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂保肥思对白菜生长的影响。结果表明:施用保肥思的各处理土壤有机质含量均大于等于与之相对应的不施用保肥思处理,尤以采收期最为显著;N肥和常规施肥的对比试验在采收期土壤碱解氮含量差异明显,其中保肥思+常规施肥处理与常规施肥处理差异极显著,前者高于后者34.3%;莲座期保肥思+N肥处理与单施N肥处理差异显著,前者比后者高12.9%;保肥思对土壤速效钾含量的影响在N肥和K肥对比试验中表现最为明显,特别是苗期,N肥和K肥对比试验中施用保肥思处理与不施用处理达到差异极显著;白菜叶片的SPAD值除个别处理外,施用保肥思处理的SPAD值均高于不施用处理;施用保肥思处理的白菜产量均高于不施用处理的产量,且在保肥思+N肥和保肥思+常规施肥两个处理中表现最为显著。
In order to verify the application effect of BIOSOFT on Chinese cabbage,the growth of Chinese cabbage using the poly glutamic acid fertilizer synergist BIOSOFT was studied systematically.The results showed that the soil organic matter content of treatments applying BIOSOFT were greater than or equal to the corresponding treatments without applying BIOSOFT,the harvest time was the most significant;Contrast test of N fertilizer and conventional fertilizer in harvesting period,the soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen content had significant difference,BIOSOFT+conventional fertilizer and conventional fertilizer treatments were significantly different,the former than the latter 34.3%;The effect of the effective phosphorus fertilizer was not obvious,only BIOSOFT+N fertilizer and N fertilizer treatments were significant different in the rosette stage,the former than the later by 12.9%;Soil available potassium content in N and K fertilization experiment showed the most obvious,especially at the seedling stage,the treatments applying BIOSOFT and the treatments without applying BIOSOFT reached extremely significant difference;The leaf SPAD content in the treatments applying BIOSOFT were higher than the treatments without applying BIOSOFT,in addition to individual treatment;The yield applying BIOSOFT were higher than the treatments without applying BIOSOFT,and BIOSOFT+N fertilizer and BIOSOFT+conventional fertilization treatments were the most significant.
