糖尿病患者血压控制和降压策略的再评价

Evaluation of blood pressure control and the strategy of reducing blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus

摘要 高血压是糖尿病患者靶器官损害和死亡的一个主要危险因素,高血压将增加糖尿病患者蛋白尿和肾损伤。本文回顾近年来发表的最新的循证医学证据,对糖尿病患者血压控制水平和降压策略作一综述。 Hypertension is a major risk factor for diabetes patients in their target organ damage and death. However, the high blood pressure can increase protein urea and renal damage in diabetic patients. This paper retrospects the updated evidence from evidence-based medicine, and describes the blood pressure control strategy for diabetes patients.
