Clinical research progress on ciliary neurotrophic factor

摘要 睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)具有广泛的生物学活性,能促进中枢与外周神经元的存活,减轻体重,临床主要应用于神经系统退行性疾病和运动神经疾病的治疗。本文简要概述CNTF的临床研究进展。 The ciliary neurotrophic factor(CNTF) displays a variety of functions. It could enhance the survival of neurons in central and peripheral nervous system, and induce weight loss. The main application of CNTF is the treatment for nervous system degenerative diseases and motor nerve disorders. This review briefl y summarizes the clinical research progress of CNTF.
