Progress on the treatment and prevention of gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期常见的并发症之一,发病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势。与其相关的胎儿和新生儿并发症也明显增加。目前,妊娠期糖尿病主要的治疗方法包括生活方式干预和药物治疗。本文对国内外GDM治疗及预防的最新进展进行综述,旨在为GDM的临床治疗提供指导。 Gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） is a common complication of pregnancy, which is on the rise globally. Fetal and neonatal complications associated with GDM are also signifi cantly increasing. The treatment of GDM includes lifestyle intervention and drug therapy. This paper summarizes the latest research on GDM prevention and its therapy.
