摘要
以青岛地区的气象参数及水文地质条件为例,提出了4种适用于青岛地区的热源形式及末端装置。分别从技术性、环保影响、经济性3个方面综合比较4种热源形式;从房间的整体布局和热舒适两方面对地暖盘管和风机盘管进行对比;结合热源与末端装置的比较结果,采用价值工程原理进行综合评价分析。分析认为热电联产适用于密集度较大、入住率较高的成熟住宅小区;户式燃气炉适用于密集度较低且较为分散的住宅小区。
This paper took meteorological parameters and hydro geological condition of Qingdao re-gion as an example and raised four kinds of heat source and terminal device suitable for Qingdao region. Four kinds of heat sources were compared respectively from three aspects, including the technical, the en-vironmental impact and the economic; the heating coil and fan coil were compared and analyzed from two aspects-overall layout and the thermal comfort. Combining with the results of heat sources and device ter-minal, the value engineering principle was applied to carry on comprehensive evaluation and analysis. The result showed that the cogeneration is more suitable for intensive and high mature residential quarters, and household gas furnace is suitable for the low dense and more dispersed residential quarters.
