玻璃棉板叠加使用对导热系数影响试验研究分析

摘要 简述了玻璃棉板在实际工程应用中的使用情况与误区,提出2块玻璃棉板叠加时导热系数的实验方法,分别论述了在叠加密度相同玻璃棉板和叠加不同密度玻璃棉板组合试件的导热性能分析,实验结果表明,就算平均密度与总体厚度一致,导热性能仍有一定差异。研究针对建筑能效测评或节能计算时面对的问题,分析了造成偏差的原因并提供了导热系数参考偏差值。 Herein, we basically described the practical applications and misunderstandings of glass wool slabs stacking, proposed an experimental method of this circumstance. The experiment studies on two stacking kinds of glass wool slabs, same density and different density, for their thermal conductivity performance. These data suggest they have certain different thermal conductivity performance, even though in the number of density and thickness. In summary, stacking glass wool slabs will bring calculating error to building energy efficiency assessment and this research demonstrated the causes of this error and proposed a deviation value for reference.
