摘要
[目的]探讨标准化病人(SP)结合案例教学法在护理学基础实践教学中的应用。[方法]随机抽取护理本科2个班的学生为研究对象,其中观察组40人,对照组42人,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用SP结合案例教学法。教学结束后比较两组学生二年级上学期、下学期技能考试成绩,调查观察组学生对教改效果的评价。[结果]观察组学生二年级上学期、下学期技能考试成绩优于对照组;观察组学生对教学效果的评价高。[结论]在护理学基础实践教学中应用SP结合案例教学,有助于提高护理学基础实践教学的效果。
Objective:To discuss the application of standardized patients(SP)with case teaching method in basic nursing practice teaching.Methods:The undergraduate nursing students in two classes were randomly selected.The SP case teaching was used in observation group(n=40),and traditional teaching methods was used inthe control group(n=42).At the end of the second year of teaching semester,the skills test scores were compared in two groups.The effect was evaluated on observation group.Results:The skills exam scores of observation group was higher than the control group on semester one and two in sophomore.The evaluation of teaching effectiveness in observation group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:SP binding case teaching in the teaching of basic nursing practice can improve the effectiveness of basic nursing practice teaching.
