摘要
维持合理与稳定的师资队伍结构,是促进民办高校可持续发展的基础条件。民办高校教师无序流动的现象,直接影响着民办高校的健康发展。国内民办高校要加强教师流动管理,积极改善民办高校教师流动管理的措施:提高教师的工资待遇和福利;规范教师的人事管理机制;增强社会各界对民办高校教师的认可;构筑先进的人才资源开发观;提升教师对高校教育的忠诚度。
Maintain reasonable and stable faculty structure is to promote the sustainable development of the basic conditions of Private Colleges.However,the current flow of Private University Teachers disorderly phenomena,is directly hindered the healthy development of private colleges and universities.This study focused on the current status of teachers manage the flow of domestic private colleges and universities,private colleges and universities teacher proposed to improve liquidity management measures method:to improve teachers' salaries and benefits;personnel management mechanisms,norms of teachers;and enhance the community's recognition of Private Colleges Universities;build advanced human resources development concept;enhance teachers' loyalty to the Higher Education Institutions.
