摘要 小学教师学历的本科化需要提升小学教师的学术素养、拓宽知识结构以适应新时代的小学教育。师范性是教师专业化的基本要求,在小学教师本科化的转向中既要加强师范生的学术性素养,也要强化师范性素质的提升,本科学历小学教师专业建设需突出本专业的师范性与学术性特色。 The educational goal of undergraduate students for Primary school teachers is to enhance their academic accumulation、broaden their knowledge framework so as to keep up with the requirements of primary education faculty in new era.Normal teaching characteristics are the basic requirements for teacher professionalization.Bachelor of teachers in primary schools should be strengthen not only on academic accumulation but also on normal teaching characteristics.Bachelor of teachers in primary schools should be combination of academic accumulation and normal teaching characteristics.
