热泵型电镀废水处理系统能效分析

摘要 以湿空气作为搬运介质、电驱动热泵为加热热源的热泵型电镀废水处理系统具有技术简单可靠、可以结合低品位热源等优点。通过理论建模与试验研究的方法分析了操作参数对系统蒸发能效的影响。研究结果表明,存在最佳的废水循环量使系统蒸发能效最高,提高空气循环量、增大蒸发结晶器与回热器换热效率、降低蒸发结晶器入口废水温度、提高蒸发结晶器入口空气温度可以提升系统蒸发能效。 The evaporation crystallization electroplating wastewater coupled with heat pump air drying treatment system has the advantages of simple and reliable technique,combined with low grade heat source,which uses the moist air as evaporation transportation medium and electric driven heat pump as heat source. It presents the operation characteristics on evaporation energy efficiency in theoretical analysis and experimental study. Results show that there is an optimal water mass flow rate for maximum system evaporation energy efficiency. The higher system evaporation energy efficiency is related to higher air mass flow rate and higher heat exchanger efficiency,lower operation temperature difference.
