摘要
为了能够有效地减少水泥搅拌桩制桩过程中的黏附和阻塞,通过直剪试验研究金属刀具切削黏土时黏粒含量对界面抗剪强度的影响。其试验结果如下:在黏土含水率30%、干密度1.5g/cm3的情况下,随着黏粒含量的增加,界面抗剪强度单调增加;内摩擦角变化相差不大,黏聚力单调增大。
In order to reduce adhesion and blocking of cement mixing piles effectively,it studies the the impact of the content of clay to the interface shear strength in the metal tool cutting clay process and direct shear test.The conclusion shows when the moisture content is 30% and the dry density is 1. 5g / cm3,with the increase of the content of clay,the interface anti- shear strength is increasing monotonously as increasing cohesion monotonously and the friction angle is almost unchanged.
