工学结合模式下高职院校素质教育路径探析——以长春汽车工业高等专科学校为例 被引量:2

摘要 工学结合是在"学中做、做中学"的职业教育培养模式,它已经成为我国现代职业教育的发展趋势,对于打造"高认知、高技能、高素质"的应用型人才具有良好的实效性。在工学结合模式下加强学生素质教育,能够更有效地提升职业核心素质和职业核心能力。然而就目前现状而言,高职院校素质教育课程的实施与改革还面临着许多问题。结合长春汽车工业高等专科学校实际,对实践中遇到的问题及解决路径进行探索。 Combination of learning with working is the vocational education training mode " learning in doing, learning by doing" , it has become the development trend of modern voca- tional education in our country, to create "high cognition, high skills, high quality" of the ap- plied talents with good effectiveness. Under the mode of combination of learning with working to strengthen students" quality education and can more effectively promote professional quality and professional core ability. However, in terms of current situation, the implementation and reform of the quality education curriculum in higher vocational colleges are also facing many problems. Combining the reality of Changchun Automobile Industry Institute, this paper ex- plores the problems in the practice and the approaches to solve them.
