摘要 通过对皖南山区农村教师进行问卷调查,探究其从教动机。数据显示,皖南山区农村教师从教动机中,内部动机起决定作用,外部动机其次;退休教师从教动机无论是内部动机还是外部动机都高于年轻教师的从教动机;农村学校生源流失、农村教育面临困境等等。针对上述问题提出解决对策:通过提高农村教师发展空间;保障农村学校生源不流失;城乡教育资源均衡配置等措施,缩小城乡教育差异,促进城乡教育质量均衡发展。 The survey was conducted concerning the teaching motives of the rural teachers m the mountainous Southern Anhui. The results show that their intrinsic motives play the decisive role, while external motives stand the second. The teaching motives of the retired teachers are higher than those of the young teachers intrinsically or externally. The survey also covers the dropouts of pupils in the rural areas, the dilemma and difficulties facing the rural school education. Aiming at the above problems, the writers proposed some countermeasures. First of all, to improve the development space for the rural school teachers; secondly, some measures adopted to prevent rural children from dropping out of the schools, and lastly, to balance the allocation of teaching resources between the urban and rural areas, which narrows the gap between the urban and rural education to promote the balanced development of the urban and rural education.
