In the preschool education, teacher＇s profession psychological quality plays an important role in mentally healthy development of children, and much attention has been paid to the professional psychological quality of male preschool teachers. The results of the survey shows three important factors including the type of kindergarten, teaching years and education background can have a great impact on professional psychological quality of male preschool teachers. An analysis of their causes is of great reference in training the qualified male preschool teachers.
