摘要
学前教育中,教师职业心理素质对幼儿的身心健康发展具有重要作用。男幼儿教师职业心理素质更是倍受关注。调查表明,幼儿园性质、教龄和文化水平是影响男幼儿教师职业心理素质的三大重要因素。剖析其中原因,对培养优秀男幼儿教师具有一定借鉴意义。
In the preschool education, teacher's profession psychological quality plays an important role in mentally healthy development of children, and much attention has been paid to the professional psychological quality of male preschool teachers. The results of the survey shows three important factors including the type of kindergarten, teaching years and education background can have a great impact on professional psychological quality of male preschool teachers. An analysis of their causes is of great reference in training the qualified male preschool teachers.
