Constructing Teaching Quality Control System in Newly-established Colleges——A case study on Hefei Normal University

在新建本科院校积极探索和构建教学质量保障体系的过程中,合肥师范学院通过构建教学质量保障体系框架、建立健全管理制度和质量标准、组建三级教学质量管理队伍、加强教学质量信息收集、反馈和整改、推进内部自我评估等工作的开展,努力探索和实践新建本科院校教学质量保障体系建设的路径,基本构建了适应不断提高人才培养质量需要的内部教学质量保障体系。

During the process of establishing teaching quality control system, Hefei Normal University has set up and perfected the quality control system and standards, the three-graded teaching quality control staff team through constructing the teaching quality control framework. Great efforts have been made in collection of collection teaching quality information, teaching quality feedback and internal self-assessment so as to explore the new route to establish the internal teaching quality control system which accommodates the needs of talents cultivation.
