摘要
《人员测评理论与方法》课程是人力资源管理专业的专业核心课程之一。在该课程中采用体验式教学法有助于学生在"干中学"过程中体验如何将人员测评知识应用于实践,从而更好地掌握测评知识。具体来说,就是根据体验式教学法的特点和设计过程,分析体验式教学法在本课程心理测验、面试以及评价中心技术三部分教学内容中的具体应用,并指出体验式教学法在该课程教学应用中需要注意的问题。实践证明,体验式教学法能够有效激发学生学习兴趣、提高课程教学效果。
The course of personnel assessment theory and method is one of the core professional courses for the specialty of HRM. Adopting experiential teaching method in the course can help college students apply knowledge of personnel assessment to practice in the process of learning by doing, and thus acquire knowledge of personnel assessment better. According to characteristics and design process of experiential teaching method, the paper analyzes the specific applications in the teaching content of psychological test, interview and key assessment technology, and the problems to be paid attention to in applying experiential teaching method to the teaching of the course. The practice proved that experiential teaching method can effectively arouse the college students; interest in learning and improve the effect of teaching.
