摘要
采用Gleeble1500D热模拟试验机对UNS S32760双相钢进行了热模拟高温拉伸试验,确定了该钢种合理的加热温度;结合铸锭晶粒度、两相比例分析,制定了其合理的热轧工艺及热处理工艺。经性能检测,试验钢板力学性能、耐腐蚀性能均较好。
In this paper,high temperature tensile tests were performed by using a Gleeble 1500 Dthermal simulator to determine the reheating temperature of UNS S32760dual-phase stainless steel.Combining analysis of ingot grain size and the ratio of the two-phase,the reasonable hot rolling and heat treatment technologies for this steel were obtained.Based on theses processes schemes,the mechanical properties and wear resistance property of tested plate were good.
