摘要
介绍了加标400W15M钢筋的特点,以及山东石横特钢集团有限公司的试制过程,包括化学成分设计、孔型设计、控轧控冷工艺控制。试轧结果表明:钢筋的力学性能、外形尺寸、表面质量均满足标准要求,具有良好的综合性能。
The characteristics of 400W15Mrebar-in-coil of Canadian standard were introduced.The development process,including chemical composition design,pass design,controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes,were descried at Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group Co.The try-production showed that the mechanical properties,size precision and surface quality of rebar met the requirement of the Canadian standard,and the synthetic property was good.
