摘要
集团化办学已经成为政府推动公办学校提升质量的一种教育现象。本文透过集团化办学纷繁的现实,重新审视集团化办学的内涵与独特价值,力图通过理性分析,引导和规范集团化办学行为,推动教育治理体系和治理能力的现代化。
Group school-running has been an education phenomenon that government motivates public schools to improve education quality. Through the numerous and complicated reality of group school-running, this essay reexamined its connotation and unique value in order to guide and standardize group school-running with rational analysis. It is meant to promote the modernization of education management system and management ability.
