结直肠腺癌中耐药相关因子的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨P-gp、MRP及LRP蛋白在结直肠腺癌中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测90例结直肠腺癌组织和20例正常结直肠黏膜组织中Pgp、MRP和LRP的表达。结果 P-gp和MRP在结直肠腺癌组织中的表达显著高于正常结直肠黏膜组织(P<0.05)。P-gp表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和临床分期有关(P<0.05);LRP表达仅与肿瘤浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。MRP和LRP的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测这三项耐药指标可为进一步研究结直肠腺癌逆转耐药提供理论基础。
