超声心动图诊断肺动脉瓣四瓣化畸形合并巨大肺动脉瘤1例

The diagnosis of pulmonary valve four valve malformation with massive pulmonary artery aneurysms by ultrasound:One case report

1病例资料 患者,男,43岁,自诉胸闷3年,遂来我院检查,体检：胸骨左缘2-3肋间闻及Ⅳ/6级以上粗糙收缩期杂音。先行胸部增强CT检查提示：肺动脉瘤可能（图1a）,建议结合其他检查。

The clinical manifestation was repeated chest for three years.It could hear the IV/6rough systolic murmur in the left sternal border above 2-3intercostal.Enhanced chest CT diagnosed as pulmonary artery aneurysm.Ultrasound showed right ventricular hypertrophy,approximately 8mm.Ultrasound showed that the pulmonary arterial valve was four valve of the deformity,echo enhancement,thickening,opening limited,closed down.The main pulmonary artery showed aneurysmal dilatation,with the size of 50 mm ×46mm.Ultrasonic diagnosed that pulmonary arterial valve four valve malformation combined with severe stenosis of pulmonary artery and the main pulmonary artery was a huge tumor like expansion.
