胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的疗效

Clinical efficacy of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia

目的：探讨采用胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取太原市太航医院2011年1月至2014年6月收治的确诊为心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者60例，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗，实验组患者在此基础上联合胺碘酮进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论采用胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常能够有效改善患者的心律失常症状，改善心功能，疗效显著，安全可靠，建议在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone on heart failure compli-cated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Randomly selected 60 cases diagnosed with heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmias in Taihang Hospital from January 2011 to June 2014 , the 60 pa-tients were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group, the patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-heart failure treatment, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of conventional anti-heart failure treatment, the clinical out-comes were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical efficacy in the experiment group was better than that in the control group, the difference was significant（ P＆lt;0.05） .Conclusions The combined use of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias, can effectively im-prove symptoms of arrhythmia patients, improve heart function, the effect is significant, safe and relia-ble, so it is recommended to be further promoted in clinical practice.
