FLAG 方案治疗难治复发白血病的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of FLAG regimen in treatment of refractory and relapsed leu-kemia

目的：探讨采用FLAG方案对难治复发白血病进行治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取商丘市第一人民医院2011年9月至2014年3月收治的难治复发白血病患者90例，按照治疗方案的不同将其随机分为实验组和对照组，其中对照组患者采用MEA方案进行治疗，实验组患者采用FLAG方案进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及其不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者的完全缓解率、总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异未见统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论采用FLAG方案对难治复发白血病进行治疗，疗效显著，安全可靠，建议在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of FLAG program on the refractory and relapsed leukemia.Methods Randomly selected 90 patients with refractory leukemia relapse in the first people’ s hospital of Shangqiu from September 2011 to 2014 and randomly divided them into experiment group and control group according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with MEA treatment program, and the experiment group was treated with FLAG regimen for treatment.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The com-plete remission rate and total effective rate in the experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P＆lt;0.05） , and the difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was not signifi-cant （ P＆gt;0.05） .Conclusions FLAG scheme is effective, safe and reliable in treatment of refractory and relapsed leukemia, so it is recommended to further promoted in clinical practice.
