Research on the Interface Treatment Technologies of Cement Concrete Pavement at Hardening Phase

摘要 以露石路面的洗刷时间、洗刷窗口期以及露石深度为指标,分别在常用的5种缓凝剂和4种增稠剂中选择露石剂的缓凝组分与增稠组分,并确定相应缓凝组分和增稠组分与水的比例,从而研发配制出优质的路用露石剂;同时考虑到不同施工环境影响,通过相关试验分别得出10℃、20℃、30℃环境下,洗刷出优质露石路面的最佳露石剂用量。结果表明:相对于其他露石剂和增稠剂,蔗糖与黄原胶更适合作为露石剂的缓凝组分与增稠组分,其每100g水的添加量分别是0.25g和0.4g;同时,温度为10℃、20℃、30℃干燥无风环境下得到最佳露石深度的露石剂的用量分别为175g/m2、225g/m2、250g/m2左右。 In this paper the earliest and latest wash time,washing time difference and depth of exposed gravel of aggregate-exposed cement concrete pavement are taken as indexes to select retarded component and thickening component of exposed aggregate agent from five types of retarders and four kinds of thickening agents;at the same time the ratio of retarded and thickening components to water is respectively determined,thus high quality aggregate-exposed agent is developed.In the meantime considering different construction environment through the relevant experiments the optimum consumption volume of exposed aggregate agent is respectively washed out under temperature of 10℃,20℃,and 30℃.The results show that compared with other retarding agents and thickeners,sucrose and xanthan gum are more suitable for the retarded component and thickener component of exposed aggregate agent,and their addition amount is 0.25 g and 0.4g per 100 g water;at the same time,the best volume of exposed aggregate agent are 175g/m2,225g/m2,250g/m2 or so under dry and windless conditions with the temperatures of 10℃、20℃and30℃.
