摘要 特高频(UHF)局部放电检测技术的应用日益广泛,但迄今为止国内外对特高频局部放电检测系统性能标定方面尚缺乏标准和统一的评价方法。为解决局部放电特高频传感器及检测系统量化标定,以及传感器安装结构对实际检测效果影响的问题,设计开发了基于吉赫兹横电磁波(GTEM)小室的局部放电特高频检测标定平台,研究了3种典型安装结构因素对传感器和检测系统性能的影响。结果表明,传感器实际安装结构对其接收性能的影响非常显著,在300~1 500 MHz范围内,3种安装结构的传感器等效高度分别为10.8 mm,10.2 mm,3.3 mm。对应的UHF检测系统的灵敏度分别为2.8μV/mm,2.9μV/mm和36.7μV/mm,差异显著。因此对于UHF局部放电传感器及检测系统性能的标定评价必须综合传感器具体的安装结构因素进行一体化考核。 UHF partial discharge (PD) detection technology has been widely used, but it is still lacking in effective and unified principles on performance calibration of the UHF PD detection system. In order to quantitatively calibrate the characteristics of the UHF sensor and detection system, the calibration platform of partial discharge UHF detection based on gigahertz transverse electromagnetic (GTEM) cell was designed, and the effects of three factors on the structure of a typical installation of sensors and detection system performance were studied. The results show that the impact sensor mounting structure on the actual reception performance is very significant, in the range of 300-1 500 MHz, three sensors mounting structure equivalent height are 10.8 mm, 10.2 mm, and 3.3 mm, respectively. Sensitivity of corresponding UHF detection systems are 2.8 μV/mm, 2.9 μV/mm and 36.7 μV/mm, respectively, the difference is significant. So, sensor mounting structure factors specific integrated assessment must be considered in sensor calibration and evaluation of UHF partial discharge detection system performance.
