不同浓度烯效唑与胺鲜脂复配剂浸种对玉米幼苗抗旱性的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Seed Soaking with Different Concentration of the Mixture of Uniconazole and DA-6 on Drought Resistance of Maize Seedling

摘要 用不同质量浓度烯效唑、胺鲜脂配比的复配剂对玉米种子‘郑单958’进行12h及24h的浸种处理,测定玉米的发芽情况、幼苗形态指标以及干旱胁迫下玉米幼苗叶片的相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛浓度、过氧化氢酶活性、叶绿素质量分数。结果表明,当40mg/L烯效唑、50g/L胺鲜脂配比下浸种24h时,显著抑制玉米种子的芽长,但对玉米种子的发芽率影响不大,促进幼苗壮苗的形成;对干旱的抗性响应因浸种时间不同而异,在浸种12h时,不同质量浓度烯效唑、胺鲜脂配比的混合剂中烯效唑质量浓度高效果优于质量浓度低的处理,而在浸种24h时,烯效唑质量浓度低效果反而优于质量浓度高的处理。通过形态及生理指标的测定,已明确40mg/L烯效唑、50g/L胺鲜脂的配比质量浓度进行浸种处理24h对玉米有较好的壮苗效果及提高植物抗逆性的作用。 Seeds of‘Zhengdan 958'maize were soaked with different combinations of uniconazole and DA-6(CUD)for 12 hand 24h,and seed germination,seedling morphological indicator,and seedling leaf indicators under the condition of drought stress,including the relative water content,the relative conductivity,the concenrtration of MDA,the activities of peroxidase,and the mass fraction of chlorophyll were determined.The results showed as follows:seed soaking for 24 hwith CUD of 40 mg/L significantly inhibited growth of shoot,less effect on seed germination,and promoted forming of strong seedlings.Under the condition of drought stress,drought resistance of seedlings was depending on the time of seed soaking.When seed was soaked for 12 hwith different concentration of CUD,high concentration of uniconazole had better effect on drought resistance than low concentration.However,when seed was soaked for 24 h,low concentration of uniconazole had better effect than high concentration.The morphological and physiological indicators indicated that the treatment of seed soaking for 24 hwith 40mg/L combination of uniconazole and 50g/L DA-6can promote strong seedlings and improve drought resistance of maize seedlings.
