Bcl-2及DPC4在牙龈癌中的表达及相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察Bcl-2、DPC4蛋白在不同分化类型牙龈癌中的表达情况。方法:取手术切除的牙龈癌组织石蜡标本33例(其中高分化15例、中分化10例、低分化8例),以及术中随机从癌旁切除的正常牙龈组织石蜡标本8例为检测对象;分别制备组织切片后,免疫组化技术检测各标本组织中Bcl-2、DPC4蛋白的表达情况。结果:1在正常牙龈组织以及高、中、低分化的牙龈癌组织中,Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率(%)分别为12.50、53.33、60.00、100,DPC4蛋白的阳性表达率(%)分别为87.25、53.33、50.00、12.50(P<0.05);2在正常牙龈组织以及高、中、低分化牙龈癌组织中,Bcl-2蛋白的表达水平(IOD值)分别为1.86±0.33、4.55±1.23、9.60±0.92、13.92±1.84(P<0.05),DPC4蛋白的表达水平分别为19.64±0.72、13.47±1.20、9.33±1.00、2.42±0.72(P<0.05);3Bcl-2、DPC4蛋白表达变化在牙龈癌中呈负相关(r=-0.929,P<0.05)。结论:牙龈癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白表达增高,DPC4蛋白表达降低,二者具有相关性。 AIM: To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and DPC4 in gingival cancer tissues. METHODS: 33 paraffin specimens of gingival cancer tissues( 15 well-differentiated,10 moderately differentiated and 8 poorly differentiated) and 8 cases of normal gingival tissues were examined. The expression of Bcl-2 and DPC4 in the samples was detected by immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS: Positive expression rates of Bcl-2 in normal gingival tissue,well-,moderately-and poorly- differentiated gingival cancer tissues were 12. 50%,53. 33%,60. 00% and100% respectively( P〈0. 05); while positive DPC4 expression rates were 87. 25%,53. 33%,50. 00% and 12. 50%respectively( P〈0. 05). The IOD value of Bcl-2 in normal gingival tissue,well-,moderately-and poorly-differentiated gingival cancer tissues were 1. 84 ± 0. 33,4. 55 ± 1. 23,9. 60 ± 0. 92 and 13. 92 ± 1. 84 respectively( P〈0. 05);whereas,the IOD value of DPC4 were 19. 64 ± 0. 72,13. 47 ± 1. 20,9. 33 ± 1. 00 and 2. 42 ± 0. 72 respectively( P〈0. 05). Bcl-2 and DPC4 expressions in gingival cancer tissues were negatively correlated( r =- 0. 929,P〈0. 05).CONCLUSION: In gingival cancer tissues,Bcl-2 expression increases,while DPC4 expression decreases. The expression of Bcl-2 and DPC4 is negatively related.
