摘要
列举了6例无氰碱性镀锌故障,详细地介绍了每个故障的原因分析过程和解决措施。指出很多镀锌故障的产生都与电镀车间管理不善和工件本身的缺陷有关,实际生产中除了要控制好镀锌工艺参数和操作过程,还应重视车间管理和基体材料的质量。
Six problems occurring in cyanide-free alkaline zinc electroplating were described. Their reasons were analyzed and countermeasures were introduced. It is indicated that many zinc electroplating faults may be caused by poor workshop management and intrinsic defects of workpiece. Not only the process parameters and operation of zinc electroplating process should be controlled well, but also the workshop management and quality ofsubstrates should be taken into account thoroughly.
