摘要
从结构洞理论的视角出发,提出地理临近对企业知识搜索效果的影响机制模型。通过对长三角地区制造业企业的实证研究发现:组织与其合作伙伴之间的地理临近性与知识搜索效果之间存在倒U型曲线关系;地理临近性和知识搜索效果之间的关系还受到结构洞的调节,地理临近性对知识搜索的负向效应在结构洞较多的情况下更明显,而地理临近性对知识搜索的正向效应则在结构洞较少情况下更为明显。
By integrating the theory of local search and social network,the impact of geographical proximity on firms 'knowledge search is examined. The results show that there is an inverted U- shaped relationship between geographical proximity and knowledge search. Furthermore,the relationship is moderated by structural holes. Specifically,when the extent of structural holes is higher,the rate of performance of knowledge search increase associated with increasing geographical proximity is slower,whereas the rate of decline in performance of knowledge search is faster and pronounced when the extent of structural holes is lower.
