摘要
吸引海归人才来华创业发展是我国一个重大战略举措。以中国高科技行业的226名海归创业者为研究对象,基于天生全球化理论、创业机会理论和创业环境理论,探索海归人力资本和社会资本对创业绩效的影响,并探究创业机会识别和创业环境在以上关系中所起的中介和调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)海归创业者国外人力资本、国内社会资本、国外社会资本对创业绩效具有显著的正向影响;(2)创业机会识别在上述关系中起着完全中介的作用;(3)创业环境越完善,海归创业者国内外人力资本、国内外社会资本对创业绩效的正向影响就越强。
To attract returnees to come back to China for venturing is a major strategic action. Taking 226 returnees entrepreneurs of Chinese high - tech industry as the research object, and based on the born global theory, entrepreneurial opportunities theory and entrepreneurial environment theory, this paper explores the impact of human capital and social capital on entrepreneurial performance, and explores the intermediary role of entrepreneurial opportunities recognition and the regulatory role of entrepreneurial environment. The result shows that : ( 1 ) returnees entrepreneurs' foreign human capital, domestic social capital and foreign social capital have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance; (2) entrepreneurial opportunities recognition plays a fully intermediary role among the above relationships ; ( 3 ) the more perfect entrepreneurial environment, the more significant relationship among human capital, social capital and entrepreneurial performance.
