摘要 针对飞机燃油质量特性计算中将油箱模型离散化为有限规则单元体后进行叠加的计算方法存在的通用性差及精度低的问题,采用CATIA二次开发方法计算燃油质量特性。首先在机翼装配模型基础上,利用补面以及布尔操作对油箱进行预处理,获取油箱空腔三维模型;然后根据油量测量传感器信息、飞机姿态及飞行三轴加速度信息确定油面位置,用所确定的油面切割油箱空腔模型,构建出燃油体;最后,开发了质量特性计算软件,实现对CATIA的调用,并以某飞机真实油箱为对象进行仿真验证,结果表明,质量特性计算误差满足实际工程要求。 Conventional calculation methods for calculating aircraft fuel mass property divide the fuel tank geometric model into limited regular units, and then calculate by superposition, which have poor versatility and low accuracy. An algorithm based on CATIA secondary development is developed to solve the problem. Firstly, on the basis of wing assembly model, fuel tank is pretreated by repairing surfaces and executing bool operation to obtain fuel tank cavity model. Then, fuel level sensors bights, aircraft attitude angle and flight acceleration are utilized to determine fuel surface location, the pretreated fuel tank cavity model is splited by fuel surface to construct fuel body. Lastly, fuel mass property calculation software is developed by calling CATIA, and a real aircraft fuel tank model is adopted for simulation and verification. The result shows that the relative error of mass property calculation can satisfy engineering requirements.
