摘要
在永磁同步电机转速调节优化的研究中,由于传统PID调节全速运行系统存在调速范围小、高速性能差等问题,本文研究了模糊PID参数自整定转速调节方法及最大转矩电流比和弱磁控制下的定子磁链动态给定调节方法以解决上述问题。首先给出模糊PID参数自整定的在线调整算法,并根据PID参数实际运行调节时所积累的经验,建立合理的模糊控制规则。然后给出最大转矩电流比及弱磁控制下的定子磁链给定值算法,建立电机恒转矩和恒功率调速运行时的定子磁链运行法则。最后进行仿真研究,结果证明上述方法的正确性,实现了转速动态准确控制下的系统宽范围全速运行。
Aiming at the problem of narrow speed adjustment range and poor high - speed performance of convention PID speed control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor in a wide range of running at full speed, a fuzzy PID parameter self - tuning speed regulating method and the stator flux dynamic setting method are studied under the control of MTPA and flux - weakening in order to solve the above problem. Firstly, an online setting method of fuzzy PID parameters is given, and according to the accumulated experience of how to adjust PID parameters in the actual operation, a reasonable rule table of fuzzy control is established. Secondly, a set point algorithm of stator flux is given under the control of MTPA and flux - weakening, and the stator flux operation rule of constant torque and constant power speed operation is established. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
