摘要
针对游梁式抽油机在驴头下降过程中的能量回馈问题,提出了一种"零转矩"控制方法。通过检测负载端的转速与转矩控制原动机的工作状态。当抽油机在下冲程阶段欲拖动原动机进入再生发电状态时,控制电机定子的转矩电流分量为零,使电动机输出转矩为零,电机相当于"空载"运行,从而解决了能量回馈问题,抽油机近似处于自重加速,将原本转换为电能的机械能储存在曲柄及平衡块中,在抽油机上冲程阶段释放部分能量用来提升油杆,达到节能效果。通过MATLAB和RTDS仿真结果证明了上述控制方法的有效性和实用性。
For the energy feedback problem in horsehead fall process of beam pumping unit, this paper presentes a "zero torque" control method. It controls prime motor working state through detecting load's speed and torque. When pumping unit tends to drag prime motor into renewable generation status in stage of pumping downstroke, the torque current component is made to be zero by vector control, the motor's output torque is zero, and motor works in "no - load", so that the energy feedback problem can be solved. At the same time, pumping unit is accelerated in gravitational acceleration approximately, the mechanical energy which should be transformed into electric energy is stored in crank and counterbalance, in stage of pumping upstroke, this part energy is released to raise rod to achieve purpose of saving energy. It was proved to be useful and effective by MATLAB and RTDS.
