摘要 通过对冷轧现场各个机组排水水质和作业特点的调研,探索各冷轧机组之间跨区域或机组内各生产环节排放废水可梯级利用模式。介绍冷轧各类机组生产工艺排水梯级利用的建议方案,内容包括节水点所在机组生产工艺流程、可梯级利用排水点位置、相应排水点的水质特点、对应生产环节工艺特点,以及梯级利用回用工艺点。通过调研分析,共总结出五类可梯级回用排水点,分别为漂洗段排放水、水淬槽排放水、水封槽排放水、纯水平整环节排放水及部分含锌废水,均可直接或简单处理后梯级回用。 Based on the waste water quality and operating features of cold-rolled unit research,process waste water cross-unit or within-unit cascade utilization patterns were studied. Several suggestions of the cascade utilization of the process water in cold rolling zone were presented,including the exact reuse location,the corresponding water quality,the technical characteristics of corresponding production processes and cascade recycling points. Investigation and analysis showed that there were five kinds of waste water can be reused,including rinse water,shrending water,the discharge water of water closing and pure water temper mill,zinc waste water. These discharge waters can be reused directly or after simple treatments.
