摘要
大口径管道由于支架地基的不均匀沉降会存在变形严重、受力不均衡、应力集中等问题,管网运行存在危险,如对其进行调整,无疑会改变管道的受力状态,使管道的应力重新分布。如何最大限度减少调整管道应力的影响,即如何科学合理地确定不均匀沉降量的调整是工程实施难点。采用已经普遍应用设备安装中的顶丝调整方法,即在管道上安装调节管托装置,可时刻综合调整管道的受力和高度,平缓管道的应力分布,恢复管道初始安装状态,从而大大降低调整工作量与施工难度。
Big diameter pipelines will be serious deformed, unbalanced forced or stress concentration because of the support foundation's uneven settlement,and then will be dangerous for pipelines working. If the pipelines are adjusted,there is no doubt that the forces on them are also changed. How to minimize the influence of pipe stress through adjustment,as how to count and adjust the quantity of the uneven settlement scientifically is the difficulty of the project. The fan coupling adjustment method——install adjusting pipe bracket device on the pipeline,which has commonly been used in equipment installation,can adjust the force and height of the pipelines constantly and comprehensively,balance the stress distribution,resume to the initial installation of the pipelines,so as to reduce the workload and difficulty of project greatly.
