摘要 SUS410L不锈钢多用于集装箱面板,对性能、板形要求高。原冷轧黑皮卷采用BAF退火,APC生产时性能和板形控制稳定。为了降低生产成本,缩短制造周期,黑皮卷取消了BAF退火,APC生产时性能和板形控制出现一些波动。经现场跟踪和金相组织检测,发现受热轧工艺或APC退火影响,带钢边部强度过高,有时甚至出现马氏体相变,经过拉矫机组也不能消除边浪。针对现场APC生产中出现的性能和板形波动,分析了产生机理,并进行了APC退火工艺的改进和优化,效果较好。 SUS410L is used for container panel,and required high performance and shape.When black coil using BAF anneal formerly,APC performance and flatness control was stable. In order to reduce production costs and shorten the manufacturing cycle,BAF anneal was canceled for black coil. There is some fluctuations of performance and flatness control in APC. After production tracking and microstructure test,it was found that strip edge strength was too high affected by hot rolling process and annealing of APC,sometimes even brought about the martensitic transformation,the tension leveler unit did not eliminate edge wave. Aiming at this problem,generation mechanism was analyzed,annealing process of APC was improved and optimized. Result is better than before.
