摘要
介绍了冷轧钢管生产中常见的直线状缺陷、内表面轧毛、内壁直道状及凹陷缺陷等内壁缺陷形貌和产生原因。为了减少钢管内部缺陷的产生,通过润滑方法优化、工模具设计优化及其他措施等过程控制,其他措施包括控制待轧管坯、工模具的质量,间隙及送进量等,降低了钢管内壁缺陷产生的概率,提高了产品质量和成材率,使钢管内壁缺陷产生比例总体下降了15%。
The appearance and causes of tube internal surface defects were introduced such as straight line,scratch,seam,pit,etc. In order to reduce defects mentioned above,controlling measures were taken to optimize the lubrication method,tool and die design and other relative factors,other relative factors refer to tube billet quality to be cold rolled,tool and die quality,rolling gap as well as feeding amount. Through these measures,the frequency of defects on the inner wall of the steel pipe was reduced,the product quality and yield ratio were improved,the proportion of inner surface defects was decreased by 15%.
