倾角对细圆管内流动凝结换热特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为验证倾斜角度对管内水蒸气凝结换热性能的影响,文中对细圆管内凝结换热建立物理模型,并突出细圆管倾角对其中凝结液膜的受力影响,选择以水蒸气为凝结工质,流速较低情况下的膜状凝结为研究对象,进行数值模拟,根据数值模拟的计算结果,对比不同倾斜角度对管内凝结换热特性的影响。 To verify the angle of inclination of the inner tube heat transfer performance of condensation of water vapor on the paper thin tube condensation heat transfer within the physical model, and the highlight for influence thin tube inclination for condensate film which choose to steam to condense workers quality, film - like condensation in case of lower flow rate for the study, numerical simulation, according to the results of numerical simulation, compares the effects of different angles of condensation heat transfer characteristics of the inner tube.
