文化共享工程网站与可访问文化信息资源质量的现状分析

Situation Analysis on the Cultural Sharing Project Websites and the Quality of Accessible Cultural Information Resources

全国文化信息资源共享工程(文中简称为"文化共享工程")是中国历史上最大的一项文化惠民项目。"文化共享,资源为王",资源建设在文化共享工程建设中的作用可见一斑。本研究通过翔实的资料分析了文化共享工程资源建设现状、存在问题,并针对所挖掘的问题,结合国家相关政策与理论对文化共享工程资源建设进行了较为系统的设计,为文化共享工程的可持续发展提供参考。

The ＂National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project＂ （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Cultural Sharing Project＂ ） is the biggest cultural programs that benefit the people in China history. Resources construction plays a remarkable role in the ＂Cultural Sharing Project＂ as we always say that ＂resource is the king in the cultural sharing＂ . This study analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the resources construction through the detailed data. In view of the mining problems and combining with the relevant national policy and the theory, the study makes a systematic design of resources construction to provide reference for the sustainable development of the Cultural Sharing Project.
