HIF-1α过表达对糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注中VEGF的影响

摘要
我国慢性病时刻面临井喷,糖尿病作为我国四的慢性病之一近年来呈爆发态势,其引发的并发症使大多数糖尿病患者丧失劳动能力乃至死亡的直接元凶。其中2型糖尿病并发心血管病的死亡率约占所有并发症的70%以上。
