摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),鸡蛋壳膜为模板,考察CTAB浓度,反应温度和鸡蛋壳膜朝向对碳酸钙晶型的影响.发现生成的碳酸钙是方解石和文石的混合物,增大CTAB的浓度有利于文石的形成;温度较高时,还生成球霰石;改变膜的朝向也会对碳酸钙晶型有影响.
The effect of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide( CTAB) and eggshell membrane on the crystallization of calcium carbonate was studied by FTIR and XRD measurement. Investigated was the influence of the concentration of CTAB,temperature and the surface of the eggshell membrane which faces the Na2CO3 solution.The calcium carbonate is a mixture of aragonite and calcite. It was found that aragonite is the key component of calcium carbonate in the presence of CTAB. The main composition is aragonite when the inner surface of the eggshell membrane faces the sodium carbonate,whereas it is calcite when the outer surface of the eggshell membrane faces the sodium carbonate. At a high temperature,it is a mixture of aragonite,calcite and vaterite.
