摘要
美国印第安纳大学健康健身指导员人才培养定位为应用型人才.其课程设置的主要特点:课程体系与培养目标联系紧密,学科知识结构合理;课程设置形式多样,富有弹性;理论课与实践项目紧密结合,注重学生能力的培养;课程具有职业化性质.其专业设置、人才培养模式对完善我国社会体育指导与管理专业建设以及更好地落实全民健身战略具有促进作用.
The undergraduate major of health fitness specialist in Indiana University is oriented towards cultivating the talents of application type. Its main characteristics of cultivation is the curriculum system closely linked to the training target,reasonable discipline knowledge structure,the setting up of curriculum with a variety of forms,the theoretical courses combined with the practice of project,importance attached to the cultivation of the students,ability and the professional nature of the courses. The mode of Indiana University has a promoting effect on perfecting the construction of our country＇s social sports specialty and bettering the guidance and management to carry out the national fitness strategy.
