PAR2参与幽门螺杆菌致病机制的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 幽门螺杆菌（helicobacter pylori，Hpylori）是定植于人类胃黏膜上皮的I类细菌致癌物，可引起溃疡、慢性胃炎、黏膜相关性淋巴样组织淋巴瘤和胃癌等。蛋白酶激活受体（proteinase activated receptors，PARs）属于G蛋白偶联受体（Gprotein-coupled receptors，GPCRs）家族，有PAR1—4四个成员。
